Planning your trip to Ciderthon? Whether you're joining us for the 10K or Half Marathon, we've got you covered with everything you need to make your visit smooth and stress-free.


Camp at The Ciderthon
Join us for the weekend and experience everything Ciderthon has to offer! Camping pitches are available at the following rates:

£25 per person for Friday - Sunday (2 nights)

£15 per person for Friday - Saturday (1 night)

£15 per person for Saturday - Sunday (1 night)
Overnight facilities include toilets and showers, with food and drink available until 9pm. Please note, BBQs are not allowed on-site, but a wood-fired pizza oven will be one of the food vendors. Dogs and animals are not permitted in the campsite.

Minibus Service from Central Henley
A minibus service is available for £12.50 return from Central Henley (near the station) to Culden Faw Estate. This service is affiliated with Ciderthon.

There are several taxi companies operating in the local area. These services are not affiliated with Ciderthon. Please check online for local options - Uber is also available in the area.


On-site Parking
Yes, there is plenty of free parking will be available on-site for all participants and spectators.
If you're travelling by car, please ensure you have a designated driver arranged to get you home safely after the event if you are not camping. It is your responsibility to organise transport, and we kindly remind everyone not to drink and drive.
Vehicle Movement Restrictions:

Friday: No vehicle movement from 9:00pm – 6:00am Saturday

Saturday Night – Sunday Morning: No vehicle movement from 8:00pm – 6:00am
The Ciderthon event site will close at 11:00 AM on Sunday.
All vehicles must be off-site by this time.
